Cancellation, Returns & Refund Terms
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment has been arranged or before production has started.
If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
Orders that have already been shipped or released for dispatch cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after the order has been delivered.
To be eligible for return:
The item must be unused and remain in its original condition.
All original packaging must be included.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Please contact customer support before sending any item back. Return instructions must be issued first and followed properly.
Customers will be responsible for no more than one total shipping fee, including original shipping and return shipping where applicable.
No restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds
After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send an email confirming that the return has been processed.
You will be notified whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, generally within several business days depending on the payment provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your card issuer, as processing times may vary.
Contact your bank for additional confirmation.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be provided after the request is approved.
Returns made for personal reasons or customer-related reasons may require the customer to pay return shipping.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, return shipping costs will be covered.
