FAQ – Orders, Payments & Customer Assistance
How to Place an Order
Browse our store and add your desired products to the shopping cart.
Proceed through either the standard checkout process or PayPal checkout.
Enter your contact details, shipping address, and payment information.
If you have a valid promotional code, enter it in the discount field before completing payment.
Review your order details and submit your purchase.
Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation message will appear on the website and a confirmation email will be sent automatically.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or discover that part of your order is missing, please contact customer support and provide:
Your order number
A clear image (under 1MB) showing the issue
After verification, the appropriate replacement or solution will be arranged.

Order Confirmation
A confirmation email containing your order details and reference number will be sent after checkout.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
Modifying an Order
Requests to modify an order must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is placed.
Once processing begins, modifications may no longer be available.

View Cart – Access your cart through the shopping cart icon.
Update Quantity – Adjust quantities directly within the cart.
Remove Items – Delete unwanted items before checkout.
